The Laurel, located at 400 East 67th Street, is a condominium building located on Manhattan's Upper East Side. The Laurel houses The Trophy Club, a modern 11,000-square-foot fitness center, which includes a triathlon training center, two resistance pools, an Infinity 50 lap pool, state-of-the-art equipment and sauna/steam room
Designed by award-winning architects Costas Kondylis Partners, The Laurel features 31 stories of glass and Indiana limestone, capturing incredible views of New York City and the East River from many units.
The Laurel Club, the building's entertainment area, contains a double-height atrium lounge with a plasma TV, sound system, film and book library, screening room, dining/conference room, toddler craft club house, game room with custom designed billiards and football tables, arcade and computer room.
